Shipping Information
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
All domestic (U.S.) orders ship with your choice of UPS or USPS, and all orders placed before 12 PM CST will ship the same day, if all items are in stock. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on order size. Delivery usually takes just 3-5 days. Additionally, we do not ship on weekends.
You will receive updates from our site when your order is shipped, along with a unique shipment number to ensure that your order is correctly accounted for. This allows you to easily reply to us if you have any concerns.
Have a question about your shipment? Just like any other question you might have, simply send us an email and our trained lighting and shipping experts will reply, usually the same day. Or, give us a call during normal business hours.
International Shipping
We ship to almost everywhere in the world using USPS shipping services, along with your country's postal service. Rates are calculated at checkout to ensure fair pricing. We normally offer standard mail, Priority International, and EMS Express. Please note that the shipping time can vary widely, based on your countries mail service and border policies.
Shipments are marked with the value of your purchase price. All international shipments will be shipped as DDU, Delivered, Duty Unpaid. International customers are responsible for any tariffs or customs fees that may be associated with their shipment. Please check your country's laws and regulations before your purchase.
Puerto Rico: As we use standard USPS, PR is considered a US territory for mailing purposes, and can be selected as such at checkout. Shipping will be domestic U.S. rates.
Africa: We ship to most countries in Africa. Please go to checkout to view rates and shipping options.
Australia: We offer standard mail and UPS service to Australia.
Canada: We ship to Canada every day! We offer several options for shipping via standard mail (USPS / Canada Post). To see exact shipping rates, please view your options at checkout. We also offer UPS service to Canada.
Europe: We ship to every major country in Europe using standard mail. You can check the shipping cost at checkout, as it will be calculated based on your cart. We offer standard mail, Priority, and EMS Express. This includes:

Customs Fees for International Shipping
Shipments are marked with the value of your purchase price. International customers are responsible for any tariffs or customs fees that may be associated with their shipment. Please check your country's laws and regulations before your purchase.
Same-Day Shipping Time
Same-day shipping refers to the time period in which we ship the order, not the delivery time.
Any orders placed before 12:00 noon, central time, (GMT -6) will be shipped out the same day.
Shipping time is then determined by the shipping service you select at checkout.
Shipping Origin Location
Diode Dynamics ships all orders directly from St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
Shipping to someone else's address.
You can ship to any address, as long as your billing address is correct.
When you register your account, you will have an address book, in which you can store multiple addresses and ship to any one, at your choice.
Diode Dynamics has the right to hold any orders that are suspected of fraudulent activity.
Why hasn't my tracking number updated?
All U.S. customers, except in unusual circumstances, will receive a USPS confirmation number through e-mail. Please note that these are not tracking numbers, but confirmation numbers. We reccommend waiting at least 6 hours to check tracking information on your package. USPS confirmation numbers are updated at the discretion of USPS, and may not show update for some time after the order is shipped. Rest assured, your order is on the way!
International customers receive tracking for USPS Priority and USPS Express. USPS First Class International shipments receive an order identification number, and it is only very rarely scanned to show any progress. Usually, there will not be any update for international customers until the shipment passes into your country.
I have not received a tracking number.
Even if you have not received a tracking number, it is possible that your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers are sent by 8 PM every day.
Please allow normal processing time before inquiring about order status. This is usually 1 day.
Lost Shipments
For non-signature required shipments: If the tracking information that corresponds to a shipment confirms that the product was delivered to the intended address, the customer assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for the receipt of the shipment. The Customer is the one who provided Diode Dynamics with the ship to information, and in doing so absolves Diode Dynamics of any liabilities for missing or stolen deliveries.
Incorrect Address
If the address for the shipment was entered incorrectly and returned back to us, the customer assumes all responsibilities for the cost of reshipment.
