The SS5 Roof CrossLink LED Lightbar Kit for the 2020-2023 Polaris RZR Pro from Diode Dynamics allows you to mount six linked SS5 LED Pods as a powerful light bar on the roof of the Polaris UTV.

The application-specific brackets that hold the Polaris CrossLink LED light bar were CAD-designed to bolt into place using factory mounting points at the front of the roof. This allows you to mount an LED Light Bar without any cutting or drilling!

CrossLink Technology

Our patent-pending CrossLink technology allows you to link the six SS5 LED Pods included in the SS5 Roof CrossLink LED lightbar kit together to create a single Polaris light bar.

Unlike other generic RZR light bars that use multiple pieces to link pods together, we have designed a single-piece CNC aluminum link.

The CNC aluminum links allow the Polaris CrossLink LED Light Bar to be extremely rigid, while still accommodating both straight and curved configurations of the LED light bar.

Thanks to the inset threaded mounts built into every SS5 LED Light Pod, there is no need to buy a special linking version of the SS5 LED Pods to assemble this RZR light bar. 

Designed for Performance

The SS5 CrossLink LED Lightbar Kit features the highest output intensity of any LED light bar on the market. It is designed for maximum functionality, with patented technology and custom-engineered TIR optics, all in a durable package. 

Generic RZR light bars use inefficient reflectors, spreading a little bit of light in every direction. This leads to a loss of light internally and to glare. 

The TIR Optics utilized in the SS5 CrossLink LED Light Bar collect all of the light from the LEDs and direct it only where you need it.

This efficient collection and focus of the emitted light drastically reduces glare and allows the SS5 CrossLink LED Light Bar to shine light in a focused pattern, making it the best Polaris light bar on the market.

Sport or Pro Light Bar Power Levels

The SS5 CrossLink LED Lightbar Kit is available at two different power levels:

• Sport
• Pro

Both of these Polaris CrossLink LED lightbar kit power level options use high-intensity LED emitters, and TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optics for unmatched focus and overall output.

The Sport model uses nine Luxeon Z ES LED chips for 40 Watts of total power which delivers 4,800 lumens of raw light output from each LED Pod. 

The Pro model ups the ante in a big way, utilizing nine Cree XP-L HI LEDs with double the total output at 90 Watts. This allows for an astonishing 9,700 lumens of raw light output from each LED pod in this Polaris RZR LED Light Bar!

Functional Beam Pattern

The beam pattern of this RZR Light Bar was designed with advanced optical simulation modeling, to shape the powerful light output into a highly functional beam pattern with high efficiency. 

The Combo pattern of the Polaris RZR Light Bar combines both the Driving and Flood optics, making it perfect for all-around use. It shines light downrange in a focused 30x20 Driving beam to punch with distance and fills in the surrounding area to create a full 70x30-degree pattern.

White or Yellow Color

The SS5 CrossLink LED Light Bar Kit for the Polaris RZR Pro is available in a cool white or selective yellow color option.

The Cool White RZR Light Bar kit features a 6000k color temperature, which is a true cool white output, and matches most factory LED lighting on the Polaris RZR.

The selective Yellow RZR Light Bar kit shines in a 3000k color temperature and is great for high contrast in poor weather or a distinctive yellow look for your Polaris RZR Pro.

Selectable Backlight Color

Aux Switch Control

The SS5 Crosslink LED Lightbar Kit for the Polaris RZR includes an aux switch adapter wire that connects to the harness and allows you to control your RZR light bar using an aftermarket aux switch bank.

Two switches will be used - one for the main beam, and one for the backlight. For those who don't have an aftermarket aux switch bank in your Polaris RZR, you will use the toggle switch adapter wire included with the LED light bar harness to mount a switch.
