Installation Instructions
Step 1 - Remove Headlamp
Access factory headlamp connectors by removing the trim panel above the grill, the grill, and the headlamps. All pieces are held in by locking screws and/or standard bolts. To remove the headlamp, you will need to also reach into the wheel well and push up on the locking clip to release the lamp fully. Unplug the lamps and set them aside.
Step 2 - Identifying Wires
Identify the wires you will need on the factory headlight connectors. The connector has small numbers, these designate the pin numbers. The colors are different on each side, but all three wires are right next to each other, on one side of the connector. ( Refer to the image below for the full wire guide.)
Step 3 - Tap Your Wires
Begin by placing the wire into the groove and folding T-tap over top of the wire. Then use pliers to clip firmly down. Finish by plugging the connector into the end. Repeat this process for the rest of the wires. That completes the installation. You can now enjoy your LEDs without the fear of hyperblinking!
