Installation Instructions
Step 1 - Mount Roll Bar Brackets
Slide the roll bar mount over the roll cage in your preferred location. For this install, we placed it at the top of the cage near the roof. Add the mounting platform and secure it using the included long 5mm Allen bolt, washers, and nut. Tighten using a 5mm Allen wrench and a 10mm wrench.
Step 2 - Install L Brackets
Attach the included L brackets using the provided bolt, washer, and lock washer. Tighten using a 5mm Allen wrench.
Step 3 - Assemble the Pods
Slide the U-bracket over the SSC2 pod and thread in the 5/32 Allen bolt with the included locking nut. Tighten hand-tight for adjustment.
Step 4 - Attach Pods to Mount
Secure the pod to the roll bar mount using the included bolt, washers, lock washer, and nut. Tighten using a 13mm wrench. Repeat for the other side.
Step 5 - Connect to Power
Remove the battery cover by releasing three metal clips. Loosen the battery terminals with a Phillips head screwdriver and attach the positive and negative leads from the harness. Secure the fuse and relay, then replace the battery cover.
Step 6 - Route the Switch
Use a trim removal tool or flathead screwdriver to remove three clips from the trim piece. Route the switch and DT connector through and replace the clips. Position the switch along the driver’s side roll bar and secure with zip ties.
Step 7 - Finalize Wiring
Route the DT connectors to each pod, keeping wires away from hot or moving parts. Test the system for functionality. Once verified, secure all loose wiring with zip ties and reassemble the trim and panels removed during installation.
